We provide SAP implementation consulting, development, testing, and maintenance.
You will be responsible in different phases of various projects, including requirements definition, design, development, testing, operation and maintenance.

Salary
We do not have age-linked wages.
Salary will vary depending on motivation, skills, and project results.
Annual income example 1: Middle consultant/Annual income 8.7 million yen/
(Annual salary in the 8.4 million yen range (equivalent to 520,000 yen per month) + various allowances + closing bonus)
Annual income example 2: Leader/annual income of 11 million yen/
(Annual salary in the 10,720,000 yen range + (equivalent to 670,000 yen per month) + various allowances + closing bonus)
Salary details
Job salary: Salary changes depending on results and responsibilities, and wages are evaluated regardless of years of service.
PJL: Project level
Compare the skills of the participating project with those of the members and evaluate them by multiplying them by high and low levels as coefficients.
Member education:
Added as job salary (Example: If training a mid-level employee with a single salary of 1M, 1M x 0.02 = 20K/month)
Describe plans, goals, and results in a report and submit it every month.

*Basic wage is the basic salary agreed upon joining the company and updated annually.
*Incentives will be added at the end of the year. (Additional amount based on performance)
*Bonus: Twice a year (June, December) (Calculated using monthly income of (January to June)/6 x 2, (July to December)/6 x 2)
*Minimum guaranteed wage (if no project is assigned) is the base salary of the below rank + job salary (no allowances). (Reconsider if it continues for more than 3 months)
Working hours
9:00-18:00 (1H lunch break included)
