I was moved by the president's personality.
Please tell us why you decided to join Idea Place.
Before returning to China after finishing my work in Japan at my previous workplace, I had a chance to have dinner with President Suetsugu, and at that time I said, half-joking, "I would like to work with you again. Could you please open a branch office in Dalian?" President Suetsugu replied, "Let's do it!", and after that we really established Idea Place. After that I immediately joined the company!
The president's drive and high character are truly attractive.
My motivation for work has increased!
Please tell us about your current job.
Basically, I am supporting SAP applications from requirements definition to production support, and I am participating in projects in collaboration with Idea Place's Japanese members. Currently, I am working on a migration project from SAP ECC to S/4HANA and our own system maintenance project.
I am currently working together with everyone to participate in this project, and my motivation is increasing rapidly!
It's a warm company full of kind people.
What kind of work environment is Idea Place?
Although the Dalian branch is still small, it is a warm company. There are only kind people working there, and I consider it my second home.
Since joining Idea Place, I have hardly had to work overtime, and I have been able to work without any impact on my private life. My passion for work continues to grow!
Personally, I would like to contribute to increasing the number of staff at the Dalian branch.
