Idea Place = “Fun”!
What kind of company is Idea Place in one word?
For me, the company Idea Place is definitely a "fun" company. Although I have only been in the company for a short time, I have been able to attend parties with everyone, as well as participate in various other activities such as sports days and trips.
At my previous job, I had a lot of co-workers, so I found it difficult to form relationships with others. Since joining Idea Place, I feel like it's a family.
Thanks to this, I want to enjoy working with everyone as a team, and I also enjoy the opportunity to work on something I want to do.
I feel a sense of accomplishment with my friends!
What is your current job and what is it worth doing?
In my previous work, my responsible was developing, operating, maintaining SAP system, connect it with non-SAP systems and also building other system on AWS.
At Idea Place, I am participating in a migration project from SAP ECC (old version) to SAP S/4HANA (new version), and specifically, I am working to resolve technical gaps in de-functionalization (tables, source code). I analyze and propose renovation methods to our customers, design realization and test these proposed renovations.
Sometimes it takes several weeks to find a solution, but I feel very fulfilled when I can find a solution and solve it myself.
From now on, the company's business will expand...!
Please tell us your future goals.
Idea Place is definitely a company where you can have fun while working with colleagues who are like friends every day! However, when I look around I see many foreign colleagues speak Japanese better than me, making me aware my Japanese is bad.
Therefore, one of my two goals is to improve my Japanese language skills, and the other is to grow into a trusted employee who can answer any questions asked by those around me.
