My wish to challenge myself in Japan has come true!
Please tell us about your past experience and why you decided to join Idea Place.
I had previously been involved in work related to the SAP system.
Currently, I am creating a modification design document and modifying the source code for a migration project from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA.
When I was thinking of taking on a project in Japan, I came across a job posting for Idea Place Dalian, and thanks to my connections, I was able to join the company.
The deciding factor in joining the company was the bright personality of the leader I met during the interview.
The growth speed is faster than before!
What is your current job and what is it worth doing?
Up until now, I have only been involved in work related to MM modules, but now I am experimenting with ABAP as a new endeavor, and working on my job while learning development skills every day. As a member of the development team, I feel that the speed of growth is accelerating.
I had only worked on projects in China, but now I am providing SAP services to Japanese companies, which is something I wanted to try, and I feel fulfilled by being able to work in the field I want to work in.
Also, the skills of my colleagues are amazing, and everyone has a strong sense of responsibility, which is a great motivation for me to achieve the project goals.
It's a company where it's easy to balance your personal life.
What kind of company is Idea Place?
I feel that Idea Place is a company that provides "quality first" services to meet customer demands.
I also feel that the company has good interpersonal relationships throughout the organization. It's an environment where you can easily communicate with the president.
I remember when a co-worker's child got sick, and my manager told him, "If anything happens, please prioritize taking care of your family." For employees who are raising children, I think this is the company that can provide peace of mind for both their families and employees.
Joining this company was the right decision!
What kind of things would you like to work on at Idea Place in the future?
I am still able to accumulate knowledge and acquire new skills through the support of senior employees with extensive development experience, and I feel that I was right by joining Idea Place.
From now on, I will work on acquiring more project experience and business knowledge. I think if I receive an investigation request from a customer, I will do my best to investigate it on my own, solve the problem, and report it to the customer.
